Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team at threadsbyvivans@gmail.com. We will work with you to arrange for the exchange, provided the item is in stock.
Reverse pickup shipping cost
There will be Rs. 150/- shipping cost for initiating exchange (for any size and style issues) of your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Items that have been tampered or altered or dyed or washed
- Custom-made or personalized items
- For reasons found suspicious and dubious by our core team
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at threadsbyvivans@gmail.com with photos and videos of the damage or defect within 8 working hours. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement.
